What types of stores can I list?

Shopify stores, Etsy shops, eBay stores, TikTok Shops, Instagram stores, Amazon FBA businesses, digital products stores, and other e-commerce stores. SaaS products, apps, and bots are out of scope. Crypto assets, NFTs, and regulated financial products are not eligible.

How long does my listing run?

5 days from listing approval. 14stores runs at most 14 concurrent auctions - that scarcity is the format.

What if my listing doesn't pass moderation?

Full refund of the $199 listing fee within 5 business days. Moderation typically takes 4-24 hours.

Does 14stores handle the actual sale-price funds?

No. 14stores only collects the $199 listing fee through its Merchant of Record. The actual sale price moves directly between buyer and seller, optionally through licensed third-party escrow (Escrow.com). 14stores is not a party to the underlying business-sale transaction.

The $199 listing fee pays for 14stores' service: manual listing review, 5-day featured auction hosting, buyer Q&A moderation, analytics, and access to the post-auction deal room. This service is complete when your auction closes - whether or not bids were received.

It does not include the actual business sale payment. When your auction closes, the winning bidder and you settle the transaction directly between yourselves through Escrow.com or another escrow service of your choice. 14stores never holds, processes, or takes commission on deal funds.

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Your card statement will show Creem as the merchant - not 14stores.
